1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All our products are custom-made, highly personalized digital songs. As such, returns or exchanges are not applicable once production begins or the final product is delivered.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Before Production Starts: You may request to cancel your order prior to production for a full refund.

  • After Production Begins: We do not offer refunds once we begin writing or producing your custom song.

  • If the Final Song Contains Errors or Does Not Meet Specifications: Please reach out—we’re committed to making revisions and ensuring your satisfaction.

3. Revision Requests

We understand how important fine details are! If something in the final song doesn’t feel right—be it pronunciation, tone, or lyrical nuances—just contact our team. We’ll work directly with you to make adjustments until you’re happy.

4. How to Request Revisions or Cancellations

  • Email us at support@customsong.com with your name, order number, and details of the revision or cancellation.

  • If production hasn’t started, we’ll process a full refund.

  • If revisions are needed, we’ll collaborate until you’re satisfied (within reasonable scope).

5. Processing Times

  • Refunds (when eligible) are typically processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Revisions are usually completed within 2–5 business days depending on the feedback required.
