Refund Policy – Custom Song

At Custom Song, every product is crafted with love and personalized just for you. Since our items are custom-made, we want to ensure complete transparency about our refund and return process. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

As our products are uniquely personalized (such as custom songs, artworks, and gifts), they cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed and processed. Every creation is made especially for you, so it cannot be resold or reused.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take extra care in preparing and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will:

  • Send you a replacement product at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, as we start the personalization process immediately.

  • After this window, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Wrong product is delivered.

  • Item is not delivered within the promised timeline due to our error.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for customer mistakes, such as providing incorrect details, song choices, or shipping information.

Process for Refunds

  1. Contact our support team at support@customsong.com with your order ID and issue.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or wrong product.

  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
